Simona was born in Milan, she grew up in Parma and moved to Rome at the age of 34 where she spent 18 years. She has been an expert in Marketing Intelligence and Insight Generation, for over twenty years, she has worked in several multinationals, where she has had the opportunity to deal with different product categories and to coordinate teams and projects at an international level.

In 2013 she launched her own business initiative as a consultant in the field of Research Intelligence and Insight generation. She designs, coordinates and implements both qualitative and quantitative market research and helps companies using the results and identifying insights. In parallel, she carries out a personal study and training program aimed at supporting and developing the person with a specific focus on leadership. She currently dedicates herself to both professional dimensions in continuous contamination.

She is a certified senior facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology which she applies both to conducting workshops on business and motivational issues, and to focus groups, for which she has developed her own approach, the Playfuldialogue.

She loves the mountains in summer, trekking and climbing. She practices the teachings of Eckart Tolle and Marina Borruso on the power of presence.
